This granola recipe is famous around our house and we make it a lot!!!
My mom came across it at least 2 years ago and it is easy and soooooo good so I am now sharing it with you. Also it's fabulous for a big family (like ours) and makes a good panful of yumminess!
6 to 8 cups rolled Oats
3/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1-2 Tbs Cinnamon
1 cup Raisins
2 Tbs Vanilla
1 cup Coconut
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Almonds (or any other nuts you have)
1/2 cup Flax Seed (Optional~to give it a little health kick)
Combine all ingredients in a LARGE bowl. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and bake at 375 for 10 minutes then take out flip and put in for another 10 minutes. Take out and let cool...ENJOY!
This is awesome as a breakfast but also as a late night snack!
